Lucas Flood

Government Affairs Manager

Lucas brings expertise in strategic communications, government affairs, and congressional relations related to defense. He works with a variety of government clients in the defense sector, as well as with national security-focused organizations.

Lucas has a background in American military history with a focus on combat motivation and the impact of evolving technology on warfare. He brings logistics and external communications experience from his previous work in the nonprofit sector, in addition to experience in political and corporate campaign strategy.

Lucas holds a B.A. in American History and German from Washington and Lee University and is a current candidate for a Master’s degree in Security Studies from Georgetown University.
