Cayman Compher

Cayman brings expertise in national security strategy, interagency coordination, and strategic communications to her role advising senior leaders across the government. She guides clients on modernization priorities, emerging technologies, and strategic initiatives, aligning efforts across the DIB, interagency, and private-sector partners.

 

Previously, she served in Army Public Affairs, leading initiatives that strengthened engagement between leadership and communities. Her experience in defense strategy and communications provides a unique perspective on stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and enterprise transformation.

 

Cayman holds a Master of Science in Acquisition and Contract Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Michigan State University, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Accounting Professional.
